Ubicación, limpieza y comodidade. El personal de recepción es algo tosco y no muy pasciente. No hay utensilios de cocina, todo hay que pedirlo en recepción, eso es algo tedioso

the room was very spacious for the price. parking is horrible. we went to a concert and came back around 11 and there was no available parking besides the street. that is ridiculous. plus the person "on duty" at the overnight desk was outside smoking a cigarette and didnt even offer to help answer questions. bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were horrible

Location. The kitchenettes had nothing. You could purchase stuff for the kitchen from the hotel which was insanely priced. Also the washer broke and was told by front staff that I would have to wait until morning to get my clothes out of the locked washer
