Its location. The paid parking, lack of cleanliness (dirt on hallway floor for 2 days), tub did not drain properly, no trash can liners in trash can, no microwave in king suite

Free breakfast and a good location, but the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the A/C didn’t work properly, and the overnight staff were not welcoming at all.

It was clean, the breakfast was good, and there was a grocery store within walking distance. Many great restaurants were nearby, and there was nothing to complain about.
