The location is spectacular, making the whole trip worthwhile just by being there. It’s away from the main city, so it’s peaceful and quiet. The host is very helpful and will even take you to the bazaar if you need. It’s a magical place, perfect for solo travelers or couples, and if you want mountain views, dessert, stargazing, good accommodation, and a kind host, this is definitely the spot.

I had an amazing night stargazing in the cold desert and would definitely consider visiting again; the staff were very polite and helpful. The accommodation does not provide wifi or internet connectivity.

We stayed at this hotel and it was fantastic—clean, comfy, and set in a gorgeous spot with stunning mountain views. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was roomy, the food tasty, and the whole vibe was calm and soothing. I’d recommend it to anyone heading to Skardu. There were no major issues; everything ran smoothly and we felt comfortable the whole time. Excellent Stay with Outstanding Hospitality

“Couldn't ask Moore from the views and the staff were absolutely incredible.”

The location is out of this world—I was glad to be away from the town and within walking distance of the cold desert. The staff were incredibly attentive and did everything they could to look after me. Being in the desert brings its own challenges; I was there in winter and it was properly cold, but if you want a little solitude with a world‑class view this is the place. I have nothing to complain about but do know you are staying away from civilization. But that’s a great thing.
