The staff were incredible and the hotel is just great; everyone was more than polite. The food at Elan was simply amazing. Don’t hesitate to book. We had a pool room that was very spacious. The room needed some maintenance and was a bit tired in places, but absolutely nothing would stop you from booking.

The place is super close to Syed Nizamuddin, which is great, but the price was a bit steep.

The room was beautiful and the staff were very welcoming and attentive, taking care of every need. The facilities were excellent and we enjoyed cocktails at the safari bar. The bed was super comfortable. The laundry service was ridiculously expensive for what it was.

The management staff need to improve their communication skills. The management staff were lacking.

The property was well kept and nicely decorated. Nothing else.
