Filinona B&B in Noto features family rooms with private bathrooms, air‑conditioning, soundproof walls, work desks, flat‑screen TVs and complimentary high‑speed Wi‑Fi. Guests start each morning with an Italian breakfast of fresh pastries, local cheeses, fruit and juice. The property offers daily housekeeping, luggage storage, streaming services, balconies, tiled floors, and is a 6‑minute walk from Cattedrale di Noto.

We stayed at Filinova for four nights and were extremely happy. It has three guest rooms, sits on a quiet residential road just moments from Noto’s main street, and was originally the family home of our hostess Corrada. It has been fully restored and is now modern, peaceful, atmospheric, and a joy to stay in. Our room (room 3) was large, extremely well equipped, and quiet. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, as is common in UK accommodation, but there is a good coffee machine and kettle, plus milk, water, biscuits, etc., available at any time in the kitchen/dining room where breakfast is served. The fridge has space for your own items, and each room receives a large bottle of fizzy and still water daily. Corrada serves a generous Sicilian breakfast with cornettos, cheese, eggs, bread, Modica chocolate, fruit, and more. The room itself is delightful. Corrada herself plays a key role at Filinova; she has considered almost everything guests might need and provided it. She has an office at the front door where she is most mornings and is always available for advice. She is a lovely hostess. The only minor drawback I could find was that it would have been nice to have a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes before showering. A music school behind the house has the town band (or a few members) practice for a couple of hours on Friday and sometimes over the weekend. I’m very noise‑sensitive, but this didn’t bother me. If you’re sensitive to that, there’s a room at the front. Don’t let that deter you from staying at Filinova—it’s a lovely experience.

The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, and the hotel was spotless. Our room featured a huge bathroom and the breakfast spread was very nice. Definitely a must stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Filinona. Corrada was an exceptional host, giving many great recommendations for food and drink and even booked us a reservation. The breakfast was amazing, tasty, with a huge variety. Corrada clearly puts a lot of care and pride into the B&B. Our room was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and the location was perfect—just a five‑minute walk from Noto’s centre, with free street parking right outside. We highly recommend Filinona and would absolutely stay again.
