The property is beautiful and well run. The staff are friendly and thoughtful, paying attention to detail and meeting all our needs. Nothing to complain about – I’d stay again and recommend it to others.

The staff are excellent and the view from the golf course to the mountains is great. However, the rooms lack air conditioning, and there is no lift to reach the different floors, making it impossible to walk into town.

The hotel staff were great. The golf course was in fantastic shape, but tee times weren’t staggered well, causing backups. The hotel itself was just okay. I requested a room on the bottom floor; if you’re on the top floor you’ll get all the smoke from people smoking on their balconies right into your room. The smoke entering rooms from other balconies was horrible, and the golf pro/instructor was very unfriendly to customers.

The hotel is a great starting point for amazing hikes on Seiser Alm and Rosengarten. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food was always tasty. We felt comfortable all around and enjoyed our days.
