Everything! Marieta is the perfect host. We stayed only one night, but she pampered us as if we were lifelong friends. Upon arrival she welcomed us with sweets and hot tea! The dinner and breakfast were among the best meals I’ve had in Armenia. Everything from her garden is superb! If I ever return to Armenia, I’ll make sure to stay with her again.

First, Marietta’s hospitality is unmatched. She welcomes guests from the heart. At check‑in she offers tea (mountain tea) and cake, which are delicious. Breakfast is packed with vegetables and fruit from the home garden, very tasty. Marietta’s husband takes you on tours of the main sights around Goris, and he’s flexible with arrangements. If you’re staying in Goris, you absolutely must stay at Aregak. No complaints.

The host was fantastic and the place was utterly adorable! A supermarket and bus stop are just around the corner, and they can arrange trips to tourist spots for a reasonable price, which is super handy for solo travelers. Breakfast was homemade and lovely. Overall, this is definitely my favorite place to stay in Armenia!

This is one of the best guesthouses I've stayed in Armenia, alongside Mary's in Haghpat. Marietta is a friendly host who loves cooking and is ready to answer any question. She rents rooms in an apartment right below her own. The room was spacious, there are two bathrooms available, a well‑equipped kitchen, and plenty of shared space. Breakfast, served in the garden, went beyond the usual eggs, bread, and vegetables; it was rich with homemade pastries and salty local dishes. She helped me arrange various transportation options. The apartment sits in a quiet area, within walking distance to the city center and Old Goris.
