The staff and breakfast were outstanding; I needed a ground‑level room because of limited mobility, and the check‑in ladies were understanding and made it happen. The breakfast area was clean and the food was very good with a nice variety of options, and our room was clean and quiet. We had stayed at the hotel for years before it became the Quality Inn, and we should have told the staff that the old heat/air unit wasn’t working properly, but we thought “It’s not so bad and it’s only for 2 nights.” The room smelled a little musty when we first arrived, so we used Lysol to fix that. On the morning we were checking out, we woke up to condensation on the wall behind the headboard.

Breakfast was decent; the bacon was thin but tasty, and there were several options like waffles, oatmeal, and eggs. The bathrooms could have been swept better, the pillows were very soft, and during check‑in an employee was playing games on an iPad, which was very distracting.
