The place is definitely very strategic and the price is surprisingly high—worth it a lot. The staff are also very friendly; maybe I’ll come back next time. The only downside is that it takes a while to receive the food order.

The staff are generally pleasant. The location is a bit farther from the centre, but that makes it a bit more relaxed. Food quality is high, and the breakfast is good and extensive. Management could pay more attention to the customer journey and experience. The pool closes early, at 18.00. Also, there is no help with booking tours or tips, and if something is out one evening, you expect it to be replenished the next day.
