The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to lend a hand, and the bathrooms stayed clean and functional. The dorm beds were surprisingly comfortable and the lounge made a nice place to unwind, plus the building stayed warm throughout the winter. It's a short walk to plenty of restaurants and bus stops, although the kitchen feels a bit cramped if you like to cook your own meals.
The personnel are genuinely kind and they make the stay feel cozy, yet the showers could definitely use some improvement.
