“Nightmare Booking Experience”
I'm still fuming about the whole ordeal. I paid for a room at this place, but when my family and I arrived after a grueling 5-hour boat ride to Camotes Island, the receptionist told us they never received our booking. I showed them the confirmation, but they claimed they never confirmed it with us despite having the same phone number listed. Needless to say, we were left scrambling to find another place to stay, and to add insult to injury, they refused to refund my money.
