The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable; I highly recommend families stay there. I will definitely return and rebook at Silvana Hotel – it was a wonderful stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a definite plus. However, I was woken up by the fire alarm at 6am, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, I wasn't allowed to eat in my room and the room itself was very noisy.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The room was dusty and had a heavy, unpleasant air. The windows let in a lot of cold air and noise from the street, making it difficult to relax. The bed had a terrible mattress that felt like a wooden bench, and the water had a strong chlorine smell. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable stay.

While the hotel's location was a major plus for me, the facilities were a letdown, with uncomfortable beds, malfunctioning toilets, and a limited and unappetizing breakfast spread.
