I didn’t expect much, yet the hotel offers all the perks of a large chain, a nice natural setting, quiet surroundings, and a very good breakfast. You end up getting a lot more than the price suggests.

“Duży potencjał, ale spory niedosyt.”

The breakfast was very good and varied, the dinner dishes at the restaurant were tasty, and the hotel grounds plus the surrounding area were perfect for walks. The rooms and bathrooms were large and spacious. The Balinese spa was also a huge plus. A water dispenser in the hallway was a very good convenience. The front‑desk staff were only moderately knowledgeable and only somewhat pleasant. We arrived about 12 minutes after check‑in time and were told we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for our room, with no apology uttered. The intense smell and chlorine fumes at the pool made our eyes hurt after 30 minutes and it was hard to stay there. The pool loungers were uncomfortable and few in number. The price was definitely too high for the quality, especially noticeable in rooms where the furniture looked outdated and worn.

“Trzeba uważać na imprezy organizowane podczas waszego pobytu”

Clean. Varied breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The downside: the hotel is huge and hosts different groups. During our stay there was a loud event in a tent right outside our apartment’s window, making it impossible to sleep. We weren’t informed about this during booking or check‑in.
