“Thank you for a wonderful time”
We enjoyed the Boldt Castle Tour and the 2 Nation Boat tour at an excellent price; we were very happy with our stay at your facilities and experienced no negatives.
“Decent place to stay if you want to be in the heart of ABay. Was told by front desk that 2027 prices will be higher, so”
Right in the heart of Alex Bay. Could walk to everything. Loud. We were on first floor. 2nd floor footsteps sounded like cattle above us. Loud pool noises from our balcony. Sink was clogged. Toilet seat loose. Otherwise, decent stay. Very expensive, but for location and view it was worth it
We loved being right on the water, our room was great, and we enjoyed just sitting on the balcony at night, so relaxing; we walked right over for our boat ride. We were on the second floor, my husband uses a cane due to a bad knee replacement, and the stairs were hard on him; I wish they had an elevator.

The view was amazing, the room was very clean, and the location was excellent, yet the staff were unfriendly and the pool, which was said to be heated, was not; however, it was very well kept and clean.
The location is unbeatable and balcony views were spectacular at any time; paper towels and pool towels in the room were convenient, and there were many different areas to hang out and relax on the complex. However, the pictures don’t match the room descriptions (Deluxe Queen Room) or amenities (there is no spa); the responsibility lies with the resort, not the hotel. The pool was definitely not heated, but kids didn’t care. There is too much emphasis on tattling on your neighbor for infractions upon check‑in… I’m on vacation 😌 every neighbor gets the benefit of doubt.
