The location and front‑desk staff were great, and the downstairs coffee/bar were convenient and tasty. Parking was easy to access and not too pricey for the area. However, the rooms feel outdated and need a refresh, especially the bathrooms. The lighting is poor. And for the price, housekeeping should visit daily, not just for stays longer than three days.

The hairdryer should be mounted on the back of the bathroom door.

The hotel was close to everything we wanted to see, the staff were great, rooms were clean, and I could charge my car without any issues.

The location was great, right across from the Peace Center, with many excellent restaurants within walking distance, and parking was affordable thanks to the deck next to the hotel.
