The facilities were good, the complimentary room was nice, the room itself was fine, the views were great, and transport to the beach was included. However, there were no side tables in the pool area, which was a missing element.

The staff were very friendly. The all‑inclusive plan had terrible drinks, and I was shocked that you couldn't order any wine other than what was provided; there was no simple drinks menu. Disappointing.

The common areas were good, and there were enough sun loungers. There were many stairs and too few elevators, and services were spread across many floors.
