The room didn’t feel clean, the AC barely worked and it was always damp. It didn’t match the photo, it was old and smelly. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that a good night’s sleep was impossible.

The hotel is close to the Vatican and the service feels like a proper hotel.

The place is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work, and there was no water pressure in the shower or sink, so getting a shower was a nightmare because the water flow was weak and we were cold without the AC. The arrival was also difficult because my room was number 1 and the door said “private”, and there was no reception; we went crazy trying to figure out where the “private” sign meant.
