The spot was great, the bed was superb, and the staff—especially Andrea—were lovely 😀, but the heat pump stayed on all the time and we couldn't turn it off or locate a remote to adjust the temperature. The room was fine, though the ceiling had partial paint and the bedside lamp was dead, probably needing a new bulb.
