The place was close to Millaa Millaa Falls and not far from town, but I expected breakfast at the B & B, only to find the cafe closed and no milk offered. The shared toilet and bathroom had no locks, and other guests were present. My bar fridge had no space, and the kitchen was shared with someone else. My twin room lacked hanging space, a bedside table, and a lamp. I couldn't figure out how to access free channels, and without an account I couldn't watch anything on the TV in the shared dining/kitchenette/lounge area. The rooster woke me early.

The location was great and everything on the tablelands is very close, so it was not out of the way. I couldn’t find anything to dislike.

The area is lovely with beautiful nearby waterfalls, and the view was stunning even on a wet day. The bathroom and bedroom design were quaint, the owner was welcoming, and extra towels were a nice touch. The bed was clean and comfortable. However, the front door wasn’t marked so I wasn’t sure which was the entrance and accidentally walked in on someone changing. A prompt on the door to call the owner would help. The cafe is closed, so bring food if you need it, and there aren’t many nearby options. I noticed dust and cobwebs on surfaces. There was no lock on the bedroom door, so I kept valuables in my bag or car; another room had a lock, so maybe it’s being updated. I was given a key for the back door but no guarantee guests will lock it. The kitchenette only has a bench, kettle, toaster, and microwave; no full kitchen facilities. The bar fridge is small but I was the only one using it. The shared sitting area is cluttered; a long couch and fewer cushions and magazines would improve it.
