1. Quiet surroundings 2. very polite and receptive behaviour 3. Surprisingly reasonable charges 4. Proximity to clean Bhatye beach and zaiVinayak temple 5. availability of homely vegetarian food very next to the resort 6. availability of autorikshaw and buses although limited to go to the ratnagiri town 7. Owners arranged to provide a complimentary session of physiotherapy/shoulder massage for relaxation -quite satisfactory service of panchkarma available on request . 1. Nobody from the staff stays at the resort for more than a few hours in the morning 2. No arrangment of tea/breakfast/lunch/dinner at the resort 3. Since the caretaker staff has also to attend to other responsibilities, there is a sluggish response to suggestions/help offered .I feel that at least one educated person is much needed to stay on campus for imroving even the cleanliness and maintenance

The villa felt like a gorgeous, clean, spacious home that was super comfortable and calm. The rooms were kept in good shape, the vibe was soothing, and every need was met. The place radiated warmth and homeliness, making the trip truly memorable. The spot itself was excellent, and the staff were top‑class. It’s an ideal spot for families and friends looking to unwind and spend quality time together. I’d definitely come back.

I had a great time at Bhatye Beach Resort in Ratnagiri. The setting is stunning, the rooms are cozy, and the beach is just right for a chill escape. The team was welcoming and the overall feel was serene. It’s a solid spot to relax and soak up the coastal atmosphere. I’d highly recommend it.
