We really don’t like this green Apple resort. There aren’t enough staff, no housekeepers, and the pool isn’t clean. They don’t provide housekeeping, and the room was very dirty with a lot of spider webs, lizards, and cockroaches. It’s not worth the money and I don’t recommend it.

The location was good, but the staff’s attitude was terrible; they wouldn’t wash plates or clean the room unless we demanded it.

Nothing. Worst experience ever. Zero hospitality. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the stay. There was no sense of courtesy, warmth, or willingness to help, which completely ruined the experience. Basic hospitality was missing—requests were ignored, and communication was disrespectful. This was not the kind of treatment expected from a hotel, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay
