The location, the friendliness of the staff, the billiards, and the fact that they even lent us an umbrella made us adore it.

The service, the location, everything was perfect. We were scheduled to leave, so we left our bags to enjoy the last day in Bogotá, then in the evening we passed by the hotel and headed straight to the airport because the flight was at night. The super‑kind staff helped us without extra cost. They were always very attentive—thank you for the facilities.

Everything was excellent: the staff were extremely kind, the place was very clean, the lady visited our room daily to tidy up. The beds were comfortable and the location was ideal. The only downsides were the lack of dishes in the kitchen and the limited sound and light insulation.

Convenient location, good bedding, and cleanliness. The reception was non‑existent; no one was at the counter, and if you needed anything you had to call… Very impersonal. The photos show a room with tables, but that’s actually the restaurant across the street, not part of the hotel. The billiards table in the room is unusable; it’s not level, so the balls slip…
