The bar, the pool, and the breakfast were personal. The cleaning on Wednesday was missing.
The bed was large. Have you ever seen a hotel that doesn't provide towels for guests? This is that hotel.
“Atendimento muito bom no entanto precisa de ajustes na manutenção e nos serviços”
The neighborhood is very pretty and well kept, and the service is great. The shower was awful with little water and you couldn't adjust the temperature, which was absurdly hot, and the pool was being cleaned at a bad time (it should be done in the first minutes of the morning, otherwise cleaning residues remain). The breakfast that cost extra had no fresh items and the coffee was cold.

The pool was fine. We stayed for two days, but the room had no towels; I complained, yet the issue was not resolved. The Wi‑fi signal was terrible, probably because they use repeaters instead of routers for each chalet. Reception staff were indifferent and unhelpful.
