The location was great, the breakfast ladies were helpful, the room was organized, it was quiet, I received a receipt for the room, breakfast was fine, the bedding and towels were very good, the soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner were acceptable, the refrigerator and microwave worked well. The shower bar was loose on both ends, the pillows were too small and lumpy, the hot tub was filled with cement, it was too pricey, the trash receptacle in the east end parking lot was overflowing, the WiFi was very spotty, the portable luggage cart had a nasty wheel, and the whole complex looked tired and needed sprucing up.
