The facilities are very beautiful. There are only a few rooms, which makes it more private. I was assigned room 7 facing the street, and it gets quite noisy from 7 am due to cars and trucks. On the other hand, I was told the lobby is open 24 hours, but when I left on a Saturday and returned at 3 am, I had to wait 30 minutes for it to open.

It is private and has few guests, which translates into tranquility. Cleaning is only done in the room when requested; I think I’m used to having basic cleaning and bed making done without asking in most hotels, and in a rush you might forget to request it at reception.

The place was decent for the price, but it’s not close to the city center. The staff were very friendly, yet they didn’t meet the expectations we had. A cockroach was in the room, and the spa only had a single massage table. The staff were still kind, and when we mentioned the cockroach they moved us to another room, but overall the location was dirty.
