The apartment was spacious and spotless, everything looked brand‑new. Marlies greeted us warmly and was on hand for anything we needed. Even when the internet hiccuped, the issue was sorted right away. The service was pleasant and the location was quiet and convenient. We did miss having a washing machine in the unit, though it wasn’t a deal‑breaker; we managed with local laundry services.

- Location is good - Owner was amazingly helpful and always responded very quickly - All facilities which need for a family of 4 - Nearby Italian restaurant - Apple juice from owners farm. - we only missed AC or Fan (but we were aware about it)
The apartment was lovely, spotless and spacious, with everything brand‑new and well‑maintained; the beds were really comfortable, even the one that folds out into a sofa, and the owner was pleasant and friendly, which made our stay very enjoyable. The only thing to note is that there are no air‑conditioners in the flat, though it was still comfortable at night in June, and there is no washing machine either.
Communication with the staff was excellent, and the apartment was beautiful and clean.

The accommodation was new and very tidy. The location is perfect for driving around the Dolomites and is very peaceful. A small shop is a 3‑minute walk away and there’s a nice restaurant nearby. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, giving a home‑like feel overall. As a courtesy, they gave us a bottle of their homemade apple juice and we also tasted their delicious wine. The views are stunning! We would have liked more kitchenware and items like paper towels, coffee, or cooking oil. There’s no microwave, but we didn’t miss it. There’s also no washing machine in the apartments or a shared laundry area; a nearby shop offers laundry services. No air‑conditioning, which is fine for the location, but in July we had to open windows at night and mosquitoes were a nuisance. Portable fans would have been handy for the summer months.
