The property looks brand new and spotless, and it’s only about a 15‑minute walk to Registan Square; the owner is very polite.

The location near Registan is great, the family is friendly, and the room is comfortable though a bit cramped. Between two rooms there’s a hole in the wall where a non‑working air‑conditioner passes through, so sound insulation is terrible and we could hear the other room’s guests talking.

Чистые, белые наволочка и простынь. Чистый санузел, нормальная сантехника. Отсутствие пододъяльника или второй простыни, отсутствие полотенца. В комнате нет ни одного крючка (вешалки), в наши дни был дождь, посушить куртку негде. Стеклянные двери (матовые конечно) в комнату и в общий санузел. Шумоизоляция отсутсвует, слышно все, днем дети хозяев, веселые, шумные ребята, это прекрасно, но с дороги хотелось поспать. Вечером до 12 ночи ходили постояльцы, стеклянная дверь не спасала. Кондиционера заявленного нет, он есть в общем коридоре, но зачем он там не понятно. Стаканов (кружек) в комнате нет. Кухня есть хозяйская, нам пользоваться нельзя было. Мы жили в трех хостелах в Самарканде, этот вариант на третьем месте по цена/качество

“Friendly check in, the sheets were beautifully clean and fresh. They had even been ironed.”

The spot was great, but the bed was hard—probably typical Uzbek style, so it wasn’t a disaster.
