The hotel's location was a major highlight of my stay, making it easy to get around and explore the city's main sights.
The staff were incredibly accommodating, providing us with a room even though we arrived before check-in time.
The family room was spacious, which was a major plus for me.

Had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Carlton. The location is fantastic—right in the center of the city and just steps off the Royal Mile, making it extremely convenient for exploring. The hotel itself is nice, and the standout feature was definitely the staff, who were all wonderfully kind, professional, and welcoming. The food was okay overall. However, there are a couple of things that could be better. The commercial rates felt a bit high for the overall package, and the gym is very limited. It lacks enough equipment and really needs additional weights and machines. Overall, it's a good hotel thanks to the prime location and great service, but upgrading the gym facilities and reviewing pricing would make it much better

The location was good, but I had to change from a deluxe room because the air conditioning wasn’t working; I ended up in a very grotty room with poo in the toilet and a TV that wasn’t working, just a complete waste of money.
