“the employees very kind and nice, but the bed cover , the blanket the quality is worst , only the family room blanket is”

I stayed in a family room, which was nice, but I was also given a twin bed room, which was quite chaotic. The toilet door wouldn't lock, and the bed cover had holes and wasn't suitable for use. The blanket was also subpar, being thin, small, and of poor quality. On the other hand, the family room was spacious, but the shower gel was barely enough for one person to take a shower, and the tissues were not fully replenished during my stay.

“Une fois localisé, très sympa”

Although the staff didn't speak English, they made an effort to communicate and assist me. The room and bathroom were clean, with functioning air conditioning, hot water, and toiletries. While it lacked charm, the hotel was quiet and functional. I would have appreciated a light switch near the bed, and the initial message to find the hotel arrived a bit late, as navigating the secondary streets wasn't intuitive.

“Menyenangkan walau listrik pwrnah padam dan air tidak ada sebentar”

Despite the room being small, it was comfortable and had a connecting door. However, the hotel provided a few amenities, including a dispenser for coffee, sugar, and tea.

The hotel was clean, which was a major plus. However, its location was in a residential area, which might not be ideal for some guests.
