“A terrible experience with poor cleanliness, inadequate maintenance, and disappointing service”

I came back for a second visit, hoping it would match the good service I had on my first stay, but it was the complete opposite. The walls were peeling and dampness seeped through the whole room. I never found the AC or TV remote in the room; I had to ask reception every time. All the switches stopped working during a power outage, and the staff told me the management had cut them off because guests use induction cookers and electric kettles on the backup power—rather than boosting the backup, they just disconnected the switches. The bathroom was awful: no exhaust fan, no air freshener, and a terrible odor. The bedding was the worst; it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, with a blanket full of hair that clearly hadn’t been washed after the previous guest. It felt like the room had been mopped, the bed made, and then handed over without proper cleaning. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall standards have dropped dramatically since my last visit. I won’t stay here again and would not recommend it.

The property’s maintenance is terrible, the manager is greedy and clever, the jet spray and bath tabs don’t work properly, there’s no AC backup power, and room service is lacking. When I complained, the manager demanded a voice recording, knowing most customers don’t have one. The curtains in the deluxe room are poor, the rooms and bathrooms are tiny and dirty.

The location is good, but the sheets were dirty, the room and walls were dusty, and everything was unclean. The sheets from the previous guests hadn’t been changed; when I asked for a new sheet, I got one but no pillowcase. The blankets and pillows smelled bad, so I slept in my clothes and covered the bed with my scarf. They could at least clean properly—soap, water, change sheets, remove dust and stickiness everywhere. They’re fully booked because of the location, so they can afford a proper clean to make guests happier.
