Super cozy atmosphere, a very friendly host who took good care of us! Fantastic help with transport into town and great recommendations for food, bars, etc. Nice rooms—modern, clean, and comfortable. Nothing to complain about, very happy with the stay.

The sanitary conditions were unacceptable. The common area, especially the sofa, was dirty and worn. The TV in both the room and the common area wouldn’t work. The toilet was filthy, had no shower curtain, the handheld shower was broken, the toilet bowl was full, there was no soap, no extra toilet paper, a high window I couldn’t reach, and the toilet seat and bowl were apparently not cleaned. The whole room needed a thorough cleaning.

The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and everything was very neat and well‑maintained, even the entire property.

The only shower was a makeshift one in a tiny toilet that served six rooms, which obviously couldn’t work properly, and the bathroom was filthy; the fridge was stocked with partially used food that ignored basic hygiene rules. Fellow guests behaved terribly—blasting the TV, spreading laundry and beer cans around the lounge, and having noisy phone chats. The price we paid was outrageous for what we got, leaving us very disappointed and unable to recommend this place.
