B&B Ligustico sits in Genoa’s historic centre, just a five‑minute walk from the University of Genoa and 200 m from Palazzo Rosso. Rooms feature private bathrooms, kitchenettes, washing machines, free Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioning and a lift. Guests enjoy a buffet breakfast of Italian specialties, a relaxed dining area, and views of an inner courtyard. Palazzo Ducale, Piazza De Ferrari and the port are within walking distance.

We stayed here for one night and felt really comfortable. The location is excellent, ideal for exploring Genoa. Nicola was very kind and always available, making us feel at home right away. The room was well organized, clean, and fully equipped. We also appreciated the breakfast, which offered many choices. The paid parking was very close. A pleasant stay that we definitely recommend!

The place is very quiet, right in the city center. The fact that the bathroom isn’t inside the room can cause a bit of trouble, but nothing insurmountable. The kitchen is spacious with everything needed for breakfast. I was greeted with courtesy and willingness. I’d suggest swapping the shower curtain for a box because water leaks out easily.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and fully equipped, nothing is missing. The location is strategic, close to everything. I recommend giving it a try.
