Very cozy and well‑maintained private house. We rented the first floor—three bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom and toilet, plus an extra bathroom with a toilet. The living room is spacious, and the kitchen has everything needed. The huge, cozy terrace next to the house is lovely. The house is furnished with vintage furniture and cute accessories that create a warm atmosphere. It’s very clean and well‑kept. The hosts are sincere and welcoming, ready to help with any question! Near the house are two playgrounds, a minibus stop, and grocery stores. We, used to sleeping with the AC, found it a bit stuffy because the AC was only in the living room. We solved it by turning the living‑room AC to full power and sleeping with the bedroom doors open. The house is located closer to the outskirts of Tbilisi and on a hill; walking to the promenade is possible, and you can use minibuses, then the metro, or a taxi (it’s inexpensive). These minor drawbacks are trivial and definitely worth staying in this house to feel the Georgian atmosphere!
