“Établissement vieillissant”
The room and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, but the host was a bit gruff and greeted me in a slip while he was still in the shower. The shared areas were very dirty and old.

The location was good, yet the bathrooms were dirty and the floor in the room hadn't been swept. We only got the host on the phone, who offered no explanation other than where our room was.

It was well situated in the city center and parking was easy that season. The shared toilet was on a stairwell without a window, and the shared shower was cramped and also on a stairwell without a window. You can't leave the shower without opening the main door, and the building feels old.
The essentials were there, but the property looked a bit neglected.
