“Toller Blick mit Abstrichen”
The view was really good and the room was practical. Our room had a washing machine, which was great. A dryer is available for an extra fee in the hotel’s laundry room, and detergent is sold at the reception. The kitchen in the room is unusable, and there are no utensils such as glasses or cups, even when asked at reception – a real let‑down. Overall, the staff need more training; the English is barely usable and the service attitude is lacking. The hotel looks upscale but turns out to be a small disappointment because the standards don’t match the appearance.
