The welcome, the location, and the pool were great. The train is behind the property, but it’s quickly forgotten.

Clean rooms, comfy bed, nice bathroom, great view, and a quick 6‑minute walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The staff were present for check‑in but then disappeared; no breakfast was offered, only kitchen facilities, and coffee pods were available without milk. There was no bar, and while these details are on the website, they weren’t obvious when I booked.
It would be helpful if the person at reception spoke English.

However, using paper cups as toothbrush holders was really inappropriate for a place like this. The booking page claimed breakfast was included, but it wasn’t. Slippers were also missing—though not essential, the misinformation was annoying, so I don’t think the price is justified.
