Nice location, close to the church and town centre, easy walking, clean and mostly good facilities, a small parking lot, and a grumpy but helpful caretaker. All rental units are jammed together to maximize profit, with very narrow external walkways that make it hard to appreciate the property’s beauty and details, which is a shame. Parking is tiny, only three spots; a medium SUV would have been impossible to park, but fortunately only two small cars were there. The bell tolls from the nearby church are constant, so if you need quiet sleep, avoid it. We stayed in the “Studio – Split Level”; the toilet is only about five centimetres from the shower glass doors, and the doors can’t be moved, making it unusable for a regular‑sized person—only petite people and kids can manage. The lower‑floor toilet is slightly better but still limited.
