“Vraiment bien”
The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable, but there was no staff on site and no emergency contact available if needed.

I knew the rating mentioned the hotel was a bit far from the station, so I took a Tobu bus from Kita-Senju instead of the Tsukuba Express at Aoi Station, and it was a four‑minute walk from the bus stop; the bus frequency was low so you have to catch it carefully. The location felt like a residential Tokyo neighborhood, which I liked; the public bath staff were friendly to strangers like us, and it was great to relax in the hot water. The price could be a bit lower given the location, but Tokyo is expensive overall so that’s understandable. The room and bedding were clean, and having towels was helpful. I was confused about whether I could borrow the hair dryer from the washbasin in my room because it sounded awkward to use it in the shared space at night; there weren’t many people around, so I used it a little.

Even though it’s in Tokyo, the price was very reasonable, the place was clean and spacious, and I had a comfortable stay. Walking about 16 minutes from the station was a bit of a hassle with luggage, but the roomy one‑room setup made it tolerable. Everything was kept very clean. The only downside was that the men's and women's bathrooms and toilets weren’t separated, so I noticed some grime left by others, which changed the sense of cleanliness depending on who had used it. Communication with the manager via chat was smooth, and I could check in and out on my own, which made me feel secure.
