The hotel really shines for families – plenty of activities for the kids and a welcoming vibe. The only hiccup was the kids’ menu at the restaurant, which felt a bit limited for our picky eaters. Still, the overall experience was solid for a family getaway.

Cleanliness is top‑notch and the staff are genuinely helpful. The food is good, and the balcony and garden are a floral dream. The pool and oriental sauna setup are gorgeous, a real treat. The downside? Kids, with no boundaries from their parents, roam the sauna area, splash in the diving pool, and jump off the edges, which can be a bit chaotic.

The room was roomy and spotless, and both the indoor and new outdoor pools were fantastic. The wellness areas were a relief after long hikes and bike rides. The staff made us feel at home, especially the housekeeper who checked in each evening. It was handy that we could borrow walking sticks from the hotel. The menu is wide and varied, catering to kids, meat & fish lovers, and vegetarians, and they use local ingredients, which I love. A sunrise walk with guide David was magical.

Dinner offered a daily menu with options for kids and a la carte choices, avoiding the usual buffet crowds. The local specialties were a highlight. Guided walks were a must‑do, with both light and moderate routes available. The room was clean and quiet, except for the church bell at half‑past eight, which didn’t bother us.
