The room and food were great, but the lift situation was annoying: from the main gate to the room you need two different lifts, and the lift that takes you to the rooms passes by a lounge that smells of smoke, which is unpleasant for non-smokers; a separate or differently located smoker lounge would have been better.

After staying at many hotels in Dubai, this one turned out to be by far the best. The hotel is luxurious, the rooms are the most beautiful and comfortable, the view and pool are amazing, and the location is convenient, about 5 minutes from most requested attractions in Dubai. The staff give you a feeling like you’re in your own palace. Highly recommend.
