Breakfast was very good with cakes that the owner made himself; the view of the Gulf of Sapri was stunning; the living room was very spacious and well furnished; the patio for breakfast was truly pleasant.

The house was gorgeous in the middle of nature, perched above with a breathtaking view of the Sapri sea. The architecture and design were unique, the best I’ve ever seen in all my stays. The owner was a humble, hardworking, detail‑oriented guy. Nothing was lacking; I loved everything!

The manager worked hard to make the stay pleasant. The room was cozy and the property was in excellent condition, close to a new construction though a few flaws were present. Breakfast was good, though it consisted only of sweets. The large sea‑view terrace was great for breakfast or a chat, and the common indoor areas were spacious. I would have liked something savory at breakfast, and there was no TV in the room.

Breakfast was excellent, and the owner was very attentive, always ready to meet any request. The location was stunning, surrounded by greenery and a garden overlooking the sea at Sapri. The care of the plants and green areas could be more meticulous.
