I stayed here when the hotel first opened about 14 years ago, and I’m surprised that after all this time the facilities and service are still so good—better than I expected. The environment feels very comfortable, and they sent a lot of small gifts, snacks, and bath items made especially for kids, which was very thoughtful and caring. No complaints.

Great services, especially in the Executive Lounge. The room is generous in size, with excellent facilities and amenities. I’ll definitely choose this place again when I visit Macau, though my stay was only two days.
