The room was very pretty and comfortable, with a window overlooking a picturesque street in Lisbon. The bathroom was problematic, especially the toilet; when the light was on, the extractor made a very loud noise, and there was often a bad odor. Toilet paper was almost never available. Cleaning rules were unclear, and many guests left everything dirty.

The bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom’s flush didn’t work. I didn’t see any staff; at least they should have received guests when they arrived.

Colour of the room. There were few days no toilet prepare especially during the weekend as 7 room shared 2 toilet rollsI and they don’t supply toilet paper every day, so I bought my own toilet rolls . I booked a “room with balcony” after read the reviews, and I like the feeling of a balcony, however, they gave me a “room with window “and told me the apartment was over booked, so I stay in the “room with window “for 7 days. There was another door in that room couldn’t be opened but it leads to a staircase so all other departments in different floors walked up and down, sounds just right next to your ears when you are sleeping. Kettle wasn’t work since day one , message the owner , replied will replace it , but it hadn’t been replaced when I moved out. The toilet broken during the weekend , Need to go to the toilet in the restaurant over 24 hours. Crap was in the toilet until it got repaired and that was the only usable shower available as another shower got no lock anyone can walking in when you are having a shower

The spot and the balcony are great, but the bathrooms and kitchen were filthy, the room was cramped, the beds felt a little uncomfortable, and there was constant corridor noise and a lingering weed odor. We never spent any time inside, so if you only need a place for one night it might work, but otherwise it’s pricey for what you get.
