The location was good, but the staff pretended to make the bed while only pulling the top sheet, the floor in the room wasn't always swept, there was no toaster, no brioche bread, no applesauce, and the baguette seemed frozen.

The spot was top, the décor and staff were very friendly, yet the room was uncomfortable, poorly arranged, shower water flow was very weak, the large spa tub was unusable due to the low water pressure, and I had to push the bed to open the window door.

The hotel’s location is superb, right on the slope! The staff were attentive, the specialty restaurant was great with quick, efficient service, the room was small but the bed was very comfortable, and the after‑ski bonus was the spa bathtub.
