The location is good, but the cleaning needs to be reviewed.

The beach is literally just across the street, and the sea here is simply amazing—clear, warm, and very pretty. Breakfasts were tasty and varied, as usual: several egg options, veggies, fruit, dairy—only thing is that the breakfasts were not as terrible as the hotel itself. We checked in in the evening. I asked for a higher floor and a room away from the stairs and elevator because the bar on the street stays open until 1 am. At 36 °C in August on the top floor, sleeping was impossible; the air‑conditioner couldn’t cope. It was switched on at 22:00, but by 3:00 the room still wasn’t cool. I had to go to the reception and ask for a different room to stay the night. In the morning they repaired the AC, but the room was still hot. The hotel feels like an old hospital: dreary corridors, loud doors, and tiles everywhere with no carpets for sound insulation. Near the two beds—one outlet doesn’t work. At reception they just handed us a blanket. The hairdryer wasn’t working either; they told us to turn on the bedside lamp, but it still wouldn’t turn on. Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all, probably because the room is far from the signal point. We booked with breakfast (7:30–10:00). Sleep was impossible because of noise and heat: the AC cooled poorly, and guests kept walking on the tile corridor and slamming doors. I came for breakfast at 9:40, and the staff, looking dissatisfied, were clanging and clattering as they gathered the dishes. It felt like they didn’t want us here and you just want to leave. Morning housekeeping was a separate nightmare for those who haven’t escaped to the sea before 10 am. Three or four housekeepers cleaned rooms together: noise, clatter, door slams, carts, and the squeak of furniture on tile without sound‑absorbing mats. Did you imagine the squeak of that chair on smooth tile? We were on Corfu for the first time. I had read tourist reviews saying the service here isn’t very good, but I never imagined such a pitiful level of service. Why do you invite tourists only to mock them? This price is absolutely not worth it; my holiday was ruined. I sincerely do not recommend anyone to go to Corfu to stay at this hotel—better see the sea somewhere else. I have never seen a three‑star hotel with such a low level of service.

Great hotel! The breakfasts are delicious, very varied, and elegantly presented, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. A big plus is the proximity to the beach, and the evening saxophone concert created a truly unique atmosphere—it was wonderful!

The hotel is well located, and the pool was clean, but the bed wasn’t very comfortable.
