The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic - so friendly and helpful, even in the middle of the night when I needed something.
The hotel's location was one of its strongest points - it was right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the major attractions.

The staff were kind and available. I love sleeping on a firm bed and found the mattress very comfortable. The room was very cozy. We ate in the evening; the meal was hearty and delicious. The proximity to the airport was a plus. Nothing to add.

Contact with staff was an issue: we landed in the middle of the night and, despite arranging a transfer, no one was waiting for us. The phone number provided didn’t answer.
