The room was clean, welcoming, and had all the comforts… the host running this place is extremely kind and patient. Nothing negative.
The location, ease of access, the instructions received, the comfort of the bed and pillows, and the aesthetic details of the room like the exposed stone in transparency were great. The shower had corners and stones that were blackened, some corners were chipped, there were no teaspoons or stir sticks for the coffee cups, the lighting was a bit cold, the lights next to the bed were dim, and the message asking to communicate the checkout time and leave the tourist tax payment was too late: just a few minutes before we left the room.
Posizione perfetta accanto all'Arena di Verona e camera accoglente e funzionale. Codici funzionali per entrare ed uscire dalla struttura. Camera ben insonorizzata e tranquilla. Non mi è piaciuta la comunicazione via mail frammentata con le informazioni per check-in e check-out ed il fatto di avere in camera solo una macchinetta del caffè con alcune cialde e nulla di più. Per il resto ottima sistemazione

Great location, just behind the arena and within easy walking distance to the piazzas, restaurants, and landmarks such as Juliet’s balcony. Great communication regarding check‑in and key availability, the room was spotless, and the shower was quirky and a great feature. Would definitely recommend and stay here again on my next visit. Nothing negative, I loved this accommodation.
