The pool was great for unwinding, but there were no mosquito nets, very few lights in the house, it was scorching on the upper floor, the towel racks were broken, the back area was in ruins, and the price was high for what the house provides.

José Manuel, the maintenance manager, and the couple who cleaned the pool and the house gave excellent service, and the owners were very attentive to any issues that arose during the stay. The location was peaceful and the pool was wonderful to enjoy on hot days. To improve this tranquil place, we suggest installing air conditioning on the upper floor where the ceiling seems to lack an air cavity to cool the bedrooms from the central area, as it is impossible to stay during hot months. The fans are insufficient because the thermal sensation is very high. On the ground floor, new bedroom furniture and flooring would be welcome, and mosquito nets on the windows would be beneficial.

It was a quiet spot with everything needed for a few days, and the rooms were very spacious. The upper level gets extremely hot; the fans work fine, but air conditioning would be preferable.

The house is very well located geographically; the city of Cordoba and the village of Almodovar are quickly reachable for outings and shopping, and at the same time you are in a private, intimate setting. The pool is excellent: large and sunny all day; the exteriors are nice. We were able to enjoy the pool and the exteriors in complete privacy, and we appreciated that the manager or owner warned us when someone came to clean the pool or garden. The showers and rooms were tastefully renovated and very functional. The kitchen and living room desperately need a renovation, especially the floor. Mosquito nets should be installed to keep insects out and allow windows to be opened at night in the bedrooms. There is no air conditioning in the rooms; the region is very hot and the fans do not suffice.
