The apartments were nice, located in a quiet spot about 2 km from Limni (the best village in northern Evia). The room was good and right next to a small beach. The accommodation didn’t handle bad weather well: heavy rain turned the road into a mud stream, the tap water went dark and the pool turned brown. The breakfast room felt a bit uncomfortable. The sauna cost €50 per person, which was steep. The beach chairs were worn out.

The resort impresses with its unique location in a small private cove about 2 km from Limni. The former mineral factory that’s been lovingly incorporated gives the place a special charm. The private beach is small but sufficient, and there are free loungers and umbrellas. What disappointed us a bit was the state of the beach area during our stay. Likely because the season was ending, it wasn’t maintained regularly. Some loungers were damaged or scattered, and the side tables hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. A little more attention would have rounded off the otherwise very positive overall impression.

The hotel sits in a stunning building and delivers a luxurious, serene getaway for anyone craving that vibe. The rooms are huge, and every facility—gym, pool, bar, yoga room—is quiet, pleasant, and well kept. It’s just a short drive from Limni’s lively tourist center, so you get peace and relaxation inside while still being close to restaurants, supermarkets, and entertainment. The downside was that there’s no glass partition in the shower, so water splashed all over the room, leaving the floor wet and the bathroom less comfortable; a small upgrade and more attention to detail could make it far nicer.

Η τοποθεσια, η θεα.τα στρωματα.το μεγαλο δωματιο και η καθαριοτητα. Δεν υπαρχει καθολου μονωση.ακους ολους τους θορυβους απο τα διαμερισματα πανω η κατω σου. Τα παντζουρια εχουν σκευρωσει και κλεινουν με δυακολια. το εξωτερικο bar για να παρεις καφε η κατι αλλο εκτος πρωινου μεχρι τις 10.30 το πρωι ηταν κλειστο. Το πρωινο πολυ μαζικο και μετριο σαν σε ξενοδοχειο all inclusive
