The staff seemed overwhelmed, gave me the wrong room first, and said the manager would be there soon. The balcony is on the main road and feels like a trip hazard. They denied a locked bike storage, so you either leave it exposed or lug a heavy e‑bike up the stairs without an elevator.

We each had a double bed, the room was well heated, and there was a shower in the bathroom—those were the only positives. At check‑in the tourism fee was demanded in cash with no receipt. Inside, there were no chairs or shelves, just a tiny wardrobe for four people, one door even fell out and was propped up. Nothing was fixed that week. The shower doors were loose, the fridge was more like a cooler, and there was no Wi‑Fi, no ski storage, no guest card, and toilet paper only after asking.
